Call our 24-hour Card Self Service line at 1-800-472-3272 to report your card lost or stolen. Through this service, your card will be closed. You can use our Contact Us page to order a new debit card or call us at 262-284-4416 during normal business hours.

KNOW THE LIMITS IN PLACE on DEBIT CARDS
With debit card fraud on the rise, our monitoring process and spend limits help protect your account and reduce the impact of lost or stolen card. The following limits are in place for your safety. These limits apply to personal debit cards (different limits are in place for business debit cards). For any questions on card usage or limits, reach out to your personal banker.
Types of Visa Debit Card Point-of-Sale Transactions
You may access your checking or savings account(s) to purchase goods (in person, online, or by phone), pay for services (in person, online, or by phone), get cash from a merchant, if the merchant permits, or from a participating financial institution, and do anything that a participating merchant will accept.
- You may make no more than ten transactions per day
- You may not exceed $1,500.00 in transactions per day
You may access your account(s) by ATM using your Visa® debit card and personal identification number (PIN), to get cash withdrawals from checking account(s).
- You may make no more than five withdrawals per day
- You may withdraw no more than $500.00 per day
You may get cash withdrawals from savings account(s), however:
- You may make no more than five withdrawals per day
- You may withdraw no more than $500.00 per day
Some of these services may not be available at all terminals.
DID YOU KNOW YoU CAN ALSO SET ALERTS AND LIMITS?
In addition to the limits that we set, you can further protect your account by setting your own alerts and limits. Access these features inside your PWSB mobile app, or within the Card Valet® app. Here are just a few examples of what you can do to keep your card more secure:
- Receive alerts whenever your card is used to help stay on top of expenses and potential fraud.
- Safeguard your card by turning “off” your debit card when it’s misplaced or stolen, then turn it back “on” when you’re ready to use it again.
- Create limits to how much you can spend in a single transaction — limits to certain merchant categories, transaction types and locations, specific to a debit card.
- With the PWSB mobile banking app, get login alerts, password change alerts and alerts when deposits or withdrawals that are not debit-related occur.
