We logged over 1,300 volunteer hours in 2022. We all feel it's our duty to make the communities we serve a great place to live, too. From events like beer gardens, parades, pig roasts and walk/runs, to holiday events, family festivals and golf outings, a PWSB representative is there.

3. YOU'LL LOVE OUR BENEFITS.

Sure, we've got all the health, life, dental, disability insurance stuff handled for workers above 30 hours per week. Buuuuut, we also have personal and volunteer time off and 11 bank holidays each year. 

4. OPPORTUNITY.

We donated close to $300,000 to more than 150 organizations in 2022. For a bank our size, it's a pretty great thing. And unlike other banks, we work hard to support organizations consistently year to year.

When you work at a bank, you pick up common sense tips on investing, saving, and staying safe in the digital world. That kind of info. is priceless.

8. BANKING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, LITERALLY.

9. WE ALL GET SMART TOGETHER.

We have TONS of online, in-person and on-the-job training to help you become an awesome banker and gain real-world experience that can transfer to other careers down the road. And select students who are focusing on financial careers have been able to redeem college credits for training. Cha-ching!
