Branch Manager - Port Washington State Bank:

The Branch Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, expanding existing relationships and growing new ones in the Port Washington market.  Port Washington is our largest office and corporate headquarters established in 1899; with six offices throughout Ozaukee County. PWSB is  ranked in the top 20% of similarly sized Wisconsin commercial banks, the largest mortgage lender in Ozaukee County, offering the services of a large bank with the personalized service you'll only find with a fifth-generation family owned community bank.

- The primary leadership role of the Branch Manager is to coach the team to exceed our customer service standards, to recommend appropriate solutions to customers and provide direction to meet branch goals. The Manager will perform an active role with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

- Experience Required:  3 to 5 years banking experience, including a minimum of 2 years leadership experience, general knowledge of lending principles, strong communication and decision-making skills.

Maintenance Grounds Assistant:
Employment:  Part Time/Temporary
Hours: 24 per Week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Start Date:  June 1, 2015
Required Education:  High School or Equivalent
Required Experience:  1 to 2 Years, Building Services - Facility Maintenance,
Janitorial or Grounds Maintenance

Marketing Coordinator:
Employment:
 Part Time/30 Hours per Week
Job Functions:
- Serve as liaison between ad agency and bank to partner on social media, advertising,
merchandising and collateral projects 
- Support and /or manage events such as customer seminars and exhibits at community 
events (some weekend and evening hours)
- Assist with website updates
- Develop and monitor customer surveys
- Coordinate press releases and photo shoots
- Work with internal clients to develop copy and imagery that supports various initiatives
such as new products or special events
- Create and lay out basic graphic design for posters, ads, fliers, banners, point of purchase
materials and brochures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or related field
- Graphic Design knowledge
- Photography skills
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign
- Familiar with Facebook and Social Media
- One to Two Years Previous Experience
Skills: 
- Strong communications skills, ability to meet deadlines, ability to multi-task and project
management skills.
- Creative and collaborative skills must.
