Branch Manager (Port Washington)
Seeking Port Washington Branch Manager responsible for delivering exceptional service, expanding existing relationships and growing new ones in the Port Washington market. The primary leadership role of the Branch Manager is to coach the team to exceed our customer service standards, to recommend appropriate solutions to customers and provide direction to meet branch goals. The Manager will perform an active role with community organizations, manage the profitability of the branch, ensure compliance with bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
Personal Banker (Grafton)

Hours Per Week: 40
Key Job Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Listen and respond to customer's needs for appropriate products and services
- Open deposit accounts and consumer loans
- Sell/Cross Sell bank products and services
- Resolve customer service issues
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Participate in community events
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal/customer service skills
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze credit and financial information
- Ability to multi-task
- National Mortgage Licensing registration required
